Ain't we Human?  By Jorge Andrés Colonia. I had struggled that much, that I should ask ain't we human? why health is a privilege if we all are human beings, health should be a right. I know folks who have died waiting for a pipe of oxygen or for insulin because of their pockets were not able to cover this fund, why? if every life is worthy, why do we have to choose who to save and who to let die?  I'm afraid of cancer because it is the reaper of my folks; it comes without saying and it makes a mess of the poor, the worker, or the black because it knows we don't have the right, it knows we must ask in the hospital "ain't we human?" this ain't progress, this ain't welfare.
